NOTICE OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF POWDER HOUSE PASS COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
December 2 at 9:30 am (MDT)/10:30 am (CDT)
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Powder House Pass Community
Improvement District shall be held on Thursday, December 2 at 9:30 am MDT (10:30 am CDT)
at the Powder House Pass Community Club House Building, 11283 Powder House Trail, Lead,
South Dakota, for the purpose of considering and taking action on properly noticed agenda
matters before the Board, including purchasing a new loader for the purpose of snow removal,
the approval of a contract for exclusive garbage service, water meter use testing and monitoring,
a joint powers agreement and possible development projects within the District. A proposed
agenda will be posted at the above location at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and on the
District’s website, powderhousepass.com.
