NOTICE OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF POWDER HOUSE PASS COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Powder House Pass Community Improvement District shall be held on Friday, October 22 at 9:00 am MDT (10:00 am CDT) at the Powder House Pass Community Club House Building, 11283 Powder House Trail, Lead, South Dakota, for the purpose of considering and taking action on properly noticed agenda matters before the Board, including approving the minutes of the October 11, 2021 meeting and considering and approving a contract with Refuse Solutions, Inc. for garbage and waste collection within the District. A proposed agenda will be posted at the above location at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and on the District’s website, powderhousepass.com.
