A meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Powder House Pass Community Improvement District shall be held on Thursday, May 27 at 9:00 am MDT (10:00 am CDT) at the Powder House Pass Community Club House Building, 11283 Powder House Trail, Lead, South Dakota, for the purpose of conducting regular business and taking any action necessary, and other matters property presented before the Board. A proposed agenda will be posted at the above location at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and posted on the District’s website, powderhousepass.com.
