NOTICE OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF POWDER HOUSE PASS COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
March 14 at 9:30 am (MDT)/ 10:30 am (CDT)
A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Powder House Pass Community
Improvement District shall be held on Thursday, March 14 at 9:30 am MDT (10:30 am
CDT) at the Powder House Pass Community Club House Building, 11283 Powder House Trail,
Lead, South Dakota, for the purpose of approving state-revolving funds (SRF) loans application
paperwork. Board members may participate via telephone conference. A proposed agenda will
be posted at the above location at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and on the District’s
website, powderhousepass.com.
